New GHS Prinicipal

Cathy Bedair was named Gladewater High School principal Monday night, Superintendent Dr. J.P. Richardson announced. Bedair has been serving as interim principal since Suzie Lambert's retirement at mid-year.
Richardson said of Bedair - “She is an up-and-coming administrator in our district. The high school principalship is a very demanding job and she has shown in the past that she is able to handle demanding situations that she’s been put in. I, personally, feel she will continue to build on the success that Mrs. Lambert has developed at the high school.
