Disaster declaration signed due to dry conditions, wildfire risk

The declaration includes an immediate burn ban across all areas of Gregg County to help protect the community and its natural resources from the threat of fire. Judge Stoudt emphasized the importance of taking proactive measures during this critical time, urging residents to adhere to the burn ban and exercise caution.
