Interim Gladewater Police Chief Kyle Ready presents the Life Saving Award to Officer John Freer April 18 during council members’ monthly meeting at City Hall. The night also included a Life Saving Award for GPD’s Kenan Laza, plus 5 Year Service Recognition for Freer and Jairo Arteaga.
