Based on Gregg County’s current COVID numbers and after consultation with our local health authorities, Judge Alfonso Charles and Judge Scott Novy have cancelled the Grand Jury panel for Monday, January 4, 2021. Prospective jurors, who had received a summons for Monday, January 4, are no longer required to appear and they will not be rescheduled for a later date.
